Sagebrush Whole Plant Infused Cold Process Soap

This soap has been double infused with hand gathered Big sagebrush (Artemisia tridentata), in both the oils and water phase. All of the skin benefits and aromatics infused deeply right into the soap. This lends a light and natural scent to the bar, as well as color. This Big sagebrush infused soap surprised me in that it did not retain as much sagebrush aromatic scent as I expected, however, the scent blooms just slightly when used for bathing.

Big sagebrush or Artemisia tridentata, is my go to plant for fungal and yeast infections or skin issues related to those. I do not recommend using it on your nether regions to treat such issues!

This soap was labor intensive, but is minimalist and rustic in design. It is palm free, utilizes wild Oregon spring water, beef tallow and nourishing oils to produce a hard bar with rich lather.
