Q: How do I use this product?
A: Check out the products guide here. For tinctures and elixirs, follow the directions on the bottle, or reread the product description for tips on how to use it.
Q: Can I combine multiple orders?
A: I try my very best to combine orders. During seasonal shop updates, I get a large influx of orders and it can be very time consuming to check for multiple orders from each order and person. While I will try my best, it doesn't always happen and you may get multiple boxes if you place multiple orders. If you do have more than one order, leave a note at check out and I will combine them.
Q: Do you do international shipping?
A: Right now I am shipping to the US and Canada.
Q: My item is broken or damaged, what can I do?
A: Email me, and I will work out a solution with you, or offer a refund. Unfortunately once the package leaves my hands it's up to the mail carrier to handle it. Sometimes packages get damaged in transit and I cannot be held responsible for that.
Q: What is your turn around time (shipping time)?
A: This varies with each update. Usually after a seasonal shop update orders ship that week. Since covid times, shipping time through USPS have slowed. Check the shipping and returns page here. Because I currently operate in a seasonal shop update style (4-6 times a year) I will ship immediately after an update and you should get your package within one week of ordering. I ship in the order I receive an order.
Q: How long does it take you to reply to an email?
A: I offer quick email replies during a shop update for customer support. When I am not in shop update mode, it may take up to 5 business days to receive a reply to a question. For realistic expectations: Since I run Blood Moon Botanica alone, I do my very best to reply with promptness but sometimes emailing can be a little slow compared to our fast paced world. I do not reply on weekends, as I take time off from screens. If you're having an order emergency I will do my best to reply as fast as possible.
