Flower Essences

 

Flower essences are beautiful subtle vibrational essences crafted with flowers, water and sunlight. They're meant to work deeply within ourselves to begin changing emotional patterning.

Flower essences are quite straightforward in their use. A few drops under or on the tongue can work really well. Utilize then when you feel the need to, or three times a day: morning, evening and night. 

Flower essences can be dispersed in glasses of water, or any other kind of beverage. A few drops can be added to bath water or room sprays that you create yourself. I have found them helpful in linen sprays for the bed, or even a few drops on a pillow.
