You benefit from my postpartum hair fallout journey! After much research, I learned that pumpkin seed oil has so many benefits for supporting scalp health and hair growth. This oil has been long infused with organic rosemary, basil, peppermint and garden sage in a base of jojoba -- all known to support hair growth and scalp health. This oil contains a light dose of peppermint, rosemary, sage and basil essential oils giving it a light herbal fragrance as well as boosting the herbal potency.
Here's how to use this oil: on dry hair the night before you wash your hair, apply directly to the scalp. You can do this by filling the dropper and lightly squeezing it along your scalp. You do not want to saturate your head too much, a little goes a long way. You want just a light sheen of oil at the roots of your hair. Once applied, give your scalp a good massage (it feels amazing!). Secure your hair carefully in a satin bonnet, or a shower cap to keep your pillow free from oil. Or, alternatively, you can start this process in the morning and wash at night (personally I hate going to bed with wet hair). Wash as you normally would. This oil may tingle a bit. If you have sensitive skin, please be sure to do a patch test to gauge your level of sensitivity. I like to use this oil once a week.
